I'm building Ninja.ai – a one-click app store for AI tools, and the universal fabric for context

I’ve started building Ninja.ai — a platform to make working with AI assistants actually useful. It's part MCP app store (install AI tools with one click), part context sync layer (your data, available across models), and part universal fabric for context.

The idea is pretty simple:

Right now, if you want to get AI to do anything — automate emails, query databases, manage tasks — you need to wrangle APIs, servers, and hacks.

Tools are out there, but discovering and using them is hard.

With Ninja, I'm trying to make this effortless:

  • Browse a marketplace of tools (MCP servers)
  • Install them in one click
  • Sync your context between ChatGPT, Claude, and others
  • Let the AI just use what you’ve connected — no config hell

I’m building this solo. It’s still early days — I’m working on the developer onboarding, local proxy app, and some initial tooling — but I wanted to put a stake in the ground.

If you’re working in this space, or interested in where AI tooling is heading, I’d love to chat.

More soon.
